If you go to the following link, you can page me directly through Fido.

All you need to do is follow the prompts and fill in my number, which is
(416)-823-4496, in the appropriate field. 
Enter your message and then send it out to me.
It should reach my phone within 2 or 3 minutes. 
I will try to call you back right away.

Or just call my direct line. which is the same number. (416)-823-4496.
(As long as it isn't 4:00 in the morning here in Toronto.) :-)
