This is a picture that was taken during a previous lifetime of devotion to
music.
My real estate picture shows that I have put on a few extra miles since this
one was taken.
- (I just wanted to share this with you.)

What you are seeing is a 13 course Baroque Lute built by
Richard Berg in Ottawa, Canada. It is a copy of a Martin Hoffman that was built
in 1720.
I still have this instrument, but do not have a lot of time
to play. (Real Estate takes precedence over this and almost all other
things as you know.)
You will probably not have had a great deal of exposure to
this instrument and its music.
There is more music written for this instrument than the
Piano and the Violin combined. (The reason is that almost all music
history books have been written by piano and string players. Hopefully with the
development of ethnomusicology the truth will come out.)
Anyway, you are here for real estate so let's get back to the task at hand.
