A Bit Of Info On The (Hopefully
Current) Market
I have started this area so that people will get some ideas as to what things
are selling for in the GTA.
It is pretty rudimentary. If I can find a way to add more, I will do so.
The monthly Marketwatch that TREB puts out will be as current as I can keep it.
Marketwatch is in Adobe Acrobat format
and if you do not have a reader, your computer may not be able to display the
file.
I have included a link to Adobe so that you may get their free reader which will
enable your Browser to display the file.
Come back after you get the reader and you will see a wealth of knowledge about
the real estate situation in the GTA. Lots of circles and pies and a
plethora of figures.
