Listings
In real estate, one can sometimes have several listings at
once.
In the past few years, it has been difficult to hold on to listings for much
longer than a few weeks. They usually sell quickly if they are priced right.
Some will sell for more than asking price in a few days.
At any rate, I try and keep this part of the site up to date. Rest assured that
if I take a listing today, it will be on this site usually within two days.
Sometimes, I have even placed it here on the same day.
I suggest that you send me an email or fill out a form and I can inform you of
anything that is of consequence to you when I obtain the listing.
Also, I have set up automatic searches for my clients that I constantly monitor
for any changes or new listings in their desired areas.
It makes things a whole lot easier if I know what your needs are so fill out a
form and send it to me so that I can start monitoring things for you.
